Reporting to the Director of PeopleSoft Development, this role will be responsible for managing the tax and regulatory requirements for PeopleSoft, interfacing with clients and stakeholders, managing and prioritizing the backlog, and working closely with the scrum team to ensure that the client updates provide value and are delivered within the appropriate timeframe.
This position is responsible for providing in-depth product expertise with the latest tax, regulatory changes to produce stories and provide input to design, development and test strategies for the scrum team using the Agile methodology. This role is vital in providing high quality deliverables to our clients and keeping their mission-critical enterprise applications in compliance.
This is a fully remote role and flexible in terms of location.
What you’ll be doing:
No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:
- Creating and communicating the product vision with the team and stakeholders
- Providing a forward-looking view for stakeholders through sprint reviews and maintaining regularly scheduled product roadmaps
- Assessing value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and legislative effective dates
- Maintaining a prioritized backlog of PeopleSoft system changes to ensure clients and current and in compliance with tax, legal and regulatory changes
- Ensuring that each backlog item provides value to our clients/stakeholders
- Development of clear user stories (containing the business requirement) for each change as required for PeopleSoft clients
- Development of clear, comprehensive Acceptance Criteria for each change
- Providing end user documentation that is client-facing, with an appropriate level of content, system business process impacts (ready for use by the sales and marketing team)
- Assisting with client case issues from troubleshooting, prioritizing, effective team engagement, through issue resolution
To be successful in this position, we are looking for someone with the 10+ years’ experience in PeopleSoft HCM and preferably 10+ years’ experience in PeopleSoft FSCM.
We are also looking for the following:
- Understanding of current Payroll and Human Resource legislation
- Product Ownership Experience in Agile environment, preferred
- Strong Agile Story Writing Skills with appropriate Acceptance Criteria
- Ability to work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to acceptance criteria
- Ability to work autonomously while ensuring management is well informed
- Strong Leadership skills
- Team player
Interview process:
The interview process for this role will involve the following:
- Screening call with our Talent Acquisition team
- Interview - 60 minute technical interview with our hiring team
- Commensurate with experience
