Developer, PeopleSoft
We have an excellent opportunity for a Developer – PeopleSoft to join our growing international Delivery team.
About the role:
Reporting to the Director of PeopleSoft Development, this new Development role will focus on analysing, designing, developing and testing solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for translating the functional and technical requirements, through collaboration, ensuring that our clients are compliant with the various legal changes published by the US government, state and local agencies.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge in all PeopleSoft development tools, including COBOL, Application Designer, SQR, and Application Engine.
This full-time position can be based in our Hyderabad office, hybrid or fully remote.
What you’ll be doing:
No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:
- Providing in-depth technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM across multiple releases
- PeopleSoft specific configuration knowledge across releases and modules
- Critically evaluating requirements to determine the optimal solution for our clients
- Performing detailed analysis, development and testing strategies to ensure it meets the legislative requirements
- Ability to document changes to be written in to client-facing documentation that is user friendly and easily understandable
- Addressing problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Utilizing good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for providing quality deliverables to our clients
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this position, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
- 10+ years PeopleSoft HCM
- 10+ years PeopleSoft FSCM, preferred
- Experience with Online, SQR, App Engine and Cobol
- Extensive technical and/or functional experience with PeopleSoft North American Payroll
- Knowledge of localizations, architecture, implementation and key functionality within the PeopleSoft application
- Agile experience, preferred
