About the role:
As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring seamless efficiency across multiple regions, including the UK, India, and the USA. You'll collaborate closely and help manage the Operations team to optimise processes and support the organisation’s exciting growth on a global scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will work side-by-side with the COO, taking on exciting challenges that will expand your experience of business operations on a global scale.
This full-time role can be based in our Berkshire office, hybrid or fully remote.
What you’ll be doing:
As the Operations Manager, you will:
- Provide day-to-day operational management and guidance across the Operations teams including, Human Resources, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition and Office Management
- Help lead, manage and develop the team to foster a culture of high-performance and continuous improvement
- Manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring global compliance
- Act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow
- Work closely with Finance to oversee budget and operational costs
- Develop, support and execute strategic plans in conjunction with Senior Leadership.
- Step in for the COO when required, making key decisions in their absence.
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years in an operational leadership role, preferably in a global environment
- Expert knowledge of UK legislation and operational processes (familiarity with India and US regulations is a plus)
- Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of managing teams to operational excellence
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- A self-starter mentality with a detail-oriented and results-driven work ethic.
