About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic leader to build and drive our India delivery team, shaping the future of our operations within a matrix organisation. You’ll collaborate with Product Line Managers to deliver legislative updates, product enhancements, and support services, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions for our global clients.

What you’ll be doing:

As our Director of India Labs, you will:

  • Lead all day-to-day EBS and SAP development activities
  • Manage and mentor developers and QA teams supporting both product lines in India
  • Partner with the Global Leadership Team to shape and execute strategic delivery plans
  • Work closely with Support Management to drive a collaborative, Agile-focused delivery model
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and accurate reporting
  • Coordinate workshops, team events, and key delivery initiatives
  • Build and strengthen relationships with our India-based service providers
  • Maintain oversight of project scopes, priorities, and delivery requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance
  • Drive innovation and support the scaling of our development capabilities
  • Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to our global client base
  • Conduct quarterly coaching sessions and lead annual performance reviews
  • Uphold governance, compliance, and internal quality standards
  • Develop and enhance processes and documentation to support exceptional customer service.

 

What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven leadership with experience overseeing EBS and SAP development and QA teams
  • Strategic thinking with global delivery experience and strong Agile leadership
  • Expertise in budgeting, governance, and vendor/partner management
  • Focus on driving innovation, process improvement, and scalable solutions
  • Strong customer orientation with a commitment to high-quality, timely delivery
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Collaborative mindset capable of working with global leadership and support teams.
