We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Retainer to join our growing Delivery team, to provide support to our customer base across Oracle’s various modules. This role will give you the chance to work across Oracle E-Business Suite, and to enhance your skillset within the fastest growing provider of Oracle and SAP maintenance and support globally.
About the role:
This role reports to Head of Oracle Practice. As part of our wider Delivery team, this role will see you owning support activities and solutions across Oracle R12 modules of Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Order Management, Shipping, Process Manufacturing and iProcurement.
Working across E-Business Suite, you will provide best-in-class support for our global customer base.
This is a part-time role for 15 hours per month. It is flexible in terms of location and can be fully remote.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for providing functional support across Oracle ERP Supply Chain modules.
- You will ensure that issues are resolved efficiently, effectively, and professionally
- You will provide support to clients supported by Support Revolution, from identifying potential risks to resolving any issues and incidents relating to Oracle ERP
- This role also involves designing and developing solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite
- You will contribute to the development and evolution of functional and technical standards
- This role will manage tickets and incidents from multiple clients/stakeholders.
- Senior level functional experience in the Oracle E-Business Suite release 12. Oracle EBS Modules - Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Order Management, Shipping, Process Manufacturing and iProcurement.
- Very good communication skills, being able to connect with stakeholders internally and externally when needed
- Inquisitive attitude: being able to debug, dig deep and find solutions independently
- Being able to juggle tasks efficiently and independently
- Experience of working in a managed service environment across multiple customers will be beneficial.
