We're looking for an experienced and passionate PeopleSoft Developer to join our team in India. You’ll work alongside work-class technical experts, tackling complex challenges and delivering innovative PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM solutions that help organisations remain compliant with constantly evolving US tax, legal and regulatory requirements.
As part of a collaborative Agile Scrum team, you'll analysis new legislation, design and build high-quality solutions, and see the direct impact of your work on customers across the globe. What you’ll be doing:
Here’s where you’ll make your mark:
- Designing, developing and testing PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM solutions to support legislative, tax and regulatory changes
- Translating functional and technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions that deliver the best outcomes for clients
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and fellow developers within an Agile Scrum environment, including participation in backlog refinement, sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Analysing complex issues, applying sound technical judgement and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
- Producing clear, user-friendly documentation to support clients and internal teams.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll bring:
- Strong PeopleSoft development experience
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and ideally FSCM across multiple releases and modules
- Experience analysing requirements and delivering solutions within highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
- A collaborative approach and experience working within Agile Scrum teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to balance technical excellence with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
